Build your space.
Start from a template (Theater, Broadcast or a single channel), then decide, role by role, who can talk and who can listen on every channel. It's one grid.

StageComms is a cloud intercom for the phones, laptops and Apple Watches your crew already have. Channels, roles and push-to-talk, with no beltpacks or base station. Everything is encrypted on your device before it reaches the cloud. Send a link and your crew is on comms in minutes.
How it works

Start from a template (Theater, Broadcast or a single channel), then decide, role by role, who can talk and who can listen on every channel. It's one grid.

Every role gets its own invite link and QR code. Your crew tap it, type their name and they're on. No account, no download.

Hold to talk, double-tap to latch, or page every channel at once. The Mixer sets which channels you hear, and how loud.

Every space you run, with who is on comms right now. Join or invite from the same list.

Every space and instant room is end-to-end encrypted, on every plan, and conversations are never recorded.

The cloud only relays encrypted audio, and the relay never gets the key. To keep the key away from our servers entirely, keep it only on your devices.
No. Only the person who creates spaces needs an account. Everyone else joins from an invite link with just their name.
Any modern browser on iPhone, Android, laptop or tablet, plus a native iPhone app with Apple Watch push-to-talk.
StageComms is built for live calling: one connection per person, automatic reconnects, and a wired-headset mode that skips echo processing. Real-world latency depends on your network, so try it free with your crew before the show.
Plenty of shows run it for rehearsals, smaller venues, touring and remote positions. It needs an internet connection, so test your venue's Wi-Fi or cellular coverage before you rely on it for a performance.
Every space and instant room is end-to-end encrypted with its own random key. Removing someone changes the key, and audio is never recorded.
New people see a “space is full” message until someone leaves. People already connected are never cut off, and the space owner and admins can always get in.
